Barista role

Location: Aljezur, Portugal

Type: Part-time (30-35h).

We work at a high professional level, but we are always looking for development opportunities. The perfect cappuccino, the competition-level filter, but also creative drinks are equally important.
We are not looking for a perfect candidate — someone who is curious, self-critical, and wants to develop with us.

Koyo expectations:

☕ Managing the cleanliness and maintenance of work equipment

The barista’s place in the team and does not work separately, but works together with the team. Listens, asks questions, provides feedback, and helps identify areas for improvement — both individually and as a team. Works with a mentoring approach: giving and receiving constructive feedback is part of the job. Works closely with the manager and owner.

Start: ideally April-May, but subject to negotiation.
