Location: Aljezur, Portugal.

We are looking for a creative and disciplined Culinary Hybrid to join our specialty coffee concept. This isn’t a typical “line cook” job. You will lead the daily production of artisanal brunch dishes while managing a small-batch pastry program designed to pair perfectly with our seasonal beans.

What We Expect (The Skills):
– Technical Versatility: Proven experience in both savory brunch service and technical baking/pastry;
– Precision & Speed: Ability to maintain “fine-dining” plating standards during a high-volume weekend rush;
– Growth Mindset: Passion for experimenting;
– Cleanliness: A “mise-en-place” obsession. You leave your station better than you found it;
– Requirements 2/3 years of experience in a professional kitchen or artisanal bakery;
– Food Handler’s Certification;
– Availability to work weekends (the heart of brunch culture).
