Portón 5 WG was harvested on March 5th,
2025 in the Portón lot located in Hacienda
La Esmeralda’s El Velo farm. After harvest,
the coffee cherries were depulped, and then
fermented for 24 hours. This microlot coffee
was then dried in a mechanical dryer for 7
days. Portón 5 WG has notes of jasmine,
green apple, brown sugar, and black tea.
