Suchiyama’s matcha is 100% made from tea leaves harvested in Tsuchiyama-cho, Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. The tea
leaves, grown under shade cultivation in a tea plantation with thorough fertilization management, become the raw material for matcha called “tencha”.
