Sales Representative
Will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships to grow a brand’s presence in the market.
This role typically falls into two categories:
Wholesale/B2B, focusing on accounts like cafes, restaurants, and offices, and
Retail, focusing on online-store customer engagement and product demonstrations(videos, reals).
Core Responsibilities
– Identify and target new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals;
– Maintain and grow existing client portfolios, serving as the primary point of contact;
– Conduct tastings and present company produtcs;
– Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and secure long-term agreements;
– Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and recommend marketing strategies;
– Familiarity with MS Office Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
Key Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a person with 2–5 years of sales experience in specialty coffee, or in the food and beverage industry. A deep passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and equipment.
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field, through experience is highly valued. Strong verbal, written, and persuasive skills for effectively articulating value propositions, and negotiations. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and industry trade shows.
Financial Compensation
– We offer a stable base salary monthly, plus commission.
– Annual or quarterly discretionary bonuses based on individual contribution and overall business results.
– Sales positions offer flexitime and the ability to manage your own schedule outside of a traditional office setting.
